Click 'Account' at the top right hand corner of any page, then click 'Create One' at the bottom of the page. You will need to enter your name, email address, and a password.

How do I reset my password?

You may request to reset your password, by first going to the login page and clicking Forgot password?

How do I change my password?

Simply request to change your password the same way as if you forgot your password.

How do you authenticate?

Trendful guarantees that all items sold on our site are 100% authentic. All products are inspected by our specialists for brand specific guidelines and are put through a multi-point inspection process in order to determine authenticity before being accepted.

Trendful is not partnered or affiliated with the brands that are sold through our site.

How do you determine the condition of your items?

Our specialists thoroughly evaluate each items and we do our best to provide a detailed description of each piece, including any wear or imperfections. If you have any additional questions about any item you see on our site feel free to reach out to us at contact@trendfulinc.com.

Typically on our site our items will fall into three categories: 

New: A brand new, unused item, which typically has original tags still attached, original packaging. New items should have little to no wear. 

Pre-Loved (contemporary items): Items produced after the year 2000 that have been lightly worn or used.

Pre-Loved (vintage items): Items produced before the year 2000 that have been lightly worn or used.

Do you have a brick and mortar store location?

Currently we are solely based online, however, Join the Trend List to stay up to date on any upcoming pop-up events!

How do I search for an item on the website?

There are many ways in which to search for items on our website! 

  • If you know what you are looking for you can simply type in keyword(s) in our search available on every page.
  • You can search our featured collections on our home page.
  • Under Collection you can sort by Featured, Best Selling, Alphabetically, Price, and Date.
  • Under Collection you can also filter by Designers.

Can't find an item you are looking for?

Check back often since we post new inventory daily, however, Join the Trend List and we will update you for new items just added to our collection!

How do I determine my size?

Clothing descriptions will include a size if marked as well as detailed measurements. (Sizes marked on Vintage clothing may not directly correspond to contemporary sizing)

CONSIGNMENT

How does Trendful determine the authenticity of items?

What is the commission structure?

Here at Trendful commission is based on the selling price of your item. Please see below for our commission rate chart.

Items selling for $5,000 and more

Items selling $501-$4,999

Items selling $151-$500

Items selling for $150 and less

What is the length of the consignment period?

The "Consignment Period" for each item of Property begins on the date Trendful Accepts the item for consignment and ends 365 days thereafter.

If an item remains unsold at the end of the Consignment Period, Trendful will contact you and, at your option and Trendful’s expense: (i) return the item to you or (ii) donate the item to a charity of the Trendful’s choice.

How are items priced? 

Here at Trendful, our specialists thoroughly research market conditions and consignment trends to determine the best price possible for your pieces.

(a) Trendful in its sole discretion will determine the initial selling price for each item of Property (the "Initial Sale Price") based on its evaluation of that item, together with its determination of the current market price for that item;

(b) In order to market and promote the sale of each item, Trendful may in its sole discretion apply an immediate 20% discount to the item, which will affect the item’s Initial Sale Price, unless Trendful and you have otherwise agreed in writing to a specific price at which a specific item must be sold.

(c) Trendful may offer additional discounts and promotions during the Consignment Period, at its sole discretion and without notice to you, as a means to efficiently market and sell the Property, unless Trendful and you have otherwise agreed in writing to a specific price at which a specific item must be sold.

What about items that are not accepted?

Property that does not meet our requirements will not be accepted and will be either (1) returned to you at your expense or (2) with your approval, confirmed in writing, Trendful will donate your items to a charity of its choice.

What happens if my item doesn't sell by the end of the consignment period?

If an item remains unsold at the end of the Consignment Period, Trendful will contact you and, at your option and Trendful’s expense: (i) return the item to you or (ii) donate the item to a charity of the Trendful’s choice.

How do I get my items to you?

Simply email consign@trendfulinc.com with your information, the items you are interested in consigning, as well as a few images of the items.

You can either request to mail in your items or if you live in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia or New York you can request an in-home pickup of your items.

Once we receive your items you can sit back and relax while we take care of everything for you!

We will authenticate, price, and photograph your items before listing them our website.

ORDERS/PAYMENTS

How do I know my order was received?

We will send you an order confirmation email once we have received your cleared payment and your order is within our system.

What form of Payment do you accept?

Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Here at Trendful, our specialist do our best to describe an item's condition as accurately as possible. However, if you feel the item you received is not as described on our site, please reach out to us within 4 days of your order's delivery date.

You can email us at contact@trendfulinc.com, please include images of the item and the damage you believe was not described, this way we can evaluate the situation and determine how to move forward with this situation.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately at contact@trendfulinc.com. To help us resolve this matter, please include in your email, a photo and description of the item you received.

RETURNS

What if your return policy?

In order to initiate a return for your items please email contact@trendfulinc.com within 4 days of an item(s) delivery date. Please include in your email, your name and order number.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, at this time you will be responsible for return shipping, we thank you for understanding. 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email from contact@trendfulinc.com with your tracking information.

What happens if I do not receive my package?

If your tracking number indicates that your item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your home and with any neighbors/friends or concierge that may have accepted the item on your behalf. Next, please notify us at contact@trendfulinc.com and we will work with the mail carrier to open an investigation on your behalf.
